I just used their service. I called them get the price $270 paid $50 on phone. They loaded the truck and when they should unload asked for more money. They talked with a guy on phone ( manager or owner ) he told them not to unload unless i pay $446. the total is $496 inc. the $50 i paid upfront. I just had my 8X10 storage moved not a house. dining table, chairs, dressuar, paintings and boxes etc.
At the end i had to pay it in order to unload it. this was a scheme and blackmail. do not use this company.
The guys who came were really nice guys and very carefully carried everything.

Very unprofessional moving company, and super expensive, charge $3000+ for 2 days. Packers don't know what they are doing, leaving cables and screws behind, and when complaining about it, they don't care, as they already got their payment. We now have furniture that can't be assembled, because they don't know where they put them. You would think a "professional" company would know better, but they don't use skillful workers at all. Broken and scratched items and tables. Several items couldn't fit the container, because they didn't pack it correct.

My move was schedule for 1pm today. At about 2 pm, I was told that they were still on their morning run and would be here between 3 and 4 pm. They still didn't show up. So I call at 4:30 and he tells me he's 45 mins out coming from Wharton, Tx. Still didn't make till 6:30pm.
Then gene drive immediately hops out tells me that since it rained earlier and it's wet outside that if anything happens they wouldn't be responsible. I spoke with the manager and he reiterated the same thing, so oh well move it. The 2 men proceed to go outside

By far THE WORST customer service. We booked them for today at 8:00am a week and a half ago and they never showed up. When we called they mentioned they were short handed but never bothered to call us to let us know. They said a different crew would be out and not to worry. Hours passed by and nothing. Eventually they stopped answering and we were left with no movers and a deadline to be out shy of 3 hours. I have never been so frustrated in my life. To top it off I spoke to someone named Henry and Victor, they both seem not to give two S**** what was going on and the time crunch we were having

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are scammers. They were scheduled to come and never showed. I kept calling asking where they were and they kept telling me they were trying to find a crew. I had to be out of my storage that day. They were supposed to come between 1 and 3 and nothing. I kept waiting and thinking they would pull a crew together I finally gave up. They have no common courtesy to at least say we cant help were sorry and give me a chance to find another company. Really sucks when you pay a deposit and set up service with a company and they say between 1-3 the following day so you sit around .. waiting.. then at 2:30 they tell you it should be soon and finally at 3:30 when you have had to contact THEM they decide to tell you "it won't be today".. extremely frustrating!

I hired this company to move a piano for me. They dropped the piano coming out of the truck. The leg feel off while they moved it into my house. It is a danger to my family in the condition it is now in. After much discussion the decided to give us a discount but still charged the trip fee. When calling to speak to the owner he argued with me and told me until I pay my full bill they can not send it to insurance and he won't give me the rest of the money back. I am now out what I paid for the piano and the money I paid them for deposit. The owner is very rude. Do not use this company. their

The company received a phone call from me 2 days after the move. I have phone records to prove that! I also have an app that records all of my calls and I left 4 messages 4 days in a row with NO callback and all of them were recorded with phone numbers, dates and times!!!! As a matter of fact, I never got a call back despite the manager promising me to call me in email correspondence that I also have records for. Make sure you go around and plug in everything while they are there because that is apparently an unwritten policy, you should just know that. They should be ashamed that it took 5.5 hrs

I am currently in the middle of a dispute with this company over minor damages to my walls and furniture, improper business conduct by one of the owners and improper billing. I booked my move with this company on 2/26/2014 and after discussion with the owner, I chose to have 2 movers as I was moving into a one bedroom apartment.
