My neighbor uses this company. Seven weeks ago they plowed through our fence with their tractor, leaving it in pieces. That day, the owner promised to have our fence replaced within 2 days. It has been seven weeks and our fence has not been replaced, They do not respond to our calls or emails. Their only response was 3 weeks ago when the owner stated that he would replace the fence but simply wasn't sure which fence to order. Of course, he never called to ask that question. We printed of all the information he needed and itemized it. Three weeks later we have no response.
