One lamp controls bacteria, viruses, and mold spores while the second, adjustable lamp oxidizes gases and removes odors.
For those smaller punch=list items, we can price by the hour billed in 15 minute increments. All you need to do is to give us a call. When we arrive, you let us know what you need done, we will give you an estimate, and schedule to do the work. It's that simple. Since we are an actual business and not some fly-by-night guy fiddling on the side for extra cash, we take all forms of payment, Cash, Credit card, and Checks.
