We used Smith Property Services several times and are very happy with Bryan Smith. Smith is clean, courteous and priced very reasonably. A big job done well and timely involving the removal, cleaning, painting, and reinstalling of all our outside shutters, and repairing and painting patio and porch furniture.

I made arrangements for Bryan to come and look at a water leak. He showed up on time, suggested a plan of attack, even asked for additional pictures. Then I waited several days to hear back from him. And waited.. I then tried to get a hold him. No response. I am now 2 weeks further away from getting this done. Unbelievably inconsiderate. I understand things come up, stuff happens, maybe he isn't interested in the job, but ghosting a client is pathetic. Typical unreliable contractor.

I am an Estate Manager in Bucks County and I rely on quality contractors to work on my clients properties. Smith Property Services is excellent. I called them for a short lead time job that needed to be done before a heating system could be repaired. They came in on time and removed two sets of cabinetry so that the other work could happen on time. Friendly guys, respectful of the property and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them for many future jobs.

I own a two-family and had half a ceiling replaced and painted in my downstairs kitchen. Rob and his assistant did a beautiful and professional job sanding and smoothing out the surfaces were the old and new ceiling met. Its very hard to tell were they replaced the ceiling. I would highly recommend them for this kind of work.
