I deserved a TREAT YO SELF moment, so I called up Austin All Maids to clean my apartment. I'm a Last Responder so the past 5 months have worn me out and I've neglected my household chores.
I came home that evening and my shower was white again, my sink was no longer filled with every dish I own, and I was able to cuddle up in a freshly made bed.
Bonus- they mustve kept my cat company too as she wasnt the least bit stressed out when I returned.

No one was there when I showed up to apply with them. I waited my hour to three hours going out there just to miss out on a whole bunch of stuff that I could have gotten done. Not to mention that I was in a suit on a 98° hot weather day.
I took two buses there and walked to show up to no one being there to talk to me to apply for a job.the door was locked and EVERYTHING so I had to walk back to the bus to get back where I was going and I was also in heels too. Worst place to try to apply to. DON'T ever go here if u want to work for them.

Don't waste your time with these people. Had a scheduled move out clean. Asked them to show up as late as possible since we still might be moving stuff out. They showed up several hours early. Then I spoke to them about possibly coming back later and they said maybe, they would call back about it. Never called back. I called again to see if I could have them come the next day which they could at X o'clock and they would call back to confirm. I never got the call back or any notification and ended up ha omg to do the clean myself and I was STILL charged a fee. Horrible customer service

They did what they said they would do and exceeded my expectations. As a Realtor, I have used several different cleaning service companies and was never impressed with one to be a loyal customer. That has changed with Austin All Maids. Jessica scheduled the crew quickly, they arrived when they said they would and did an outstanding Move Out/In cleaning for my client. They are no my go-to!

I had no problems with Austin All Maids. I have used them twice now for move-out cleaning services.
There was a tiny bit of miscommunication during this previous booking, but I was given a call back in a timely manner and everything was clarified 100%.
They seem honest and everyone I spoke with on the phone was polite and understanding.
Will continue to use their services.

The owners are difficult to work with and unprofessional. Julia (owner) sighed continually throughout our phone conversation, and became frustrated whenever I questioned her assistants explanation of charges. I was charged $182 for an 1 1/2 of cleaning of an almost move out ready home. Mario (assistant) said the price and time would remain the same for the next cleaning,which is odd. Service is ok, there were some areas that were overlooked, but before I could address that issue Julia became frustrated and asked me to use another maid service. Started using All Maids to take care of the cleaning for an elderly relative in Austin. They consistently do a thorough job and are always friendly and easy to work with. Received a response from Greg! The owner, regarding my review. He said that he was sorry that I wasn't happy and that "even they cannot always live up to the high standards they set for themselves!" The apology was half hearted and he admitted they can't even meet there own expectations. No offer to rectify the situation at all!, yikes!

After trying out 3 different companies, I have been very happy with Austin All Maids.
They do a great job every time. Hands down.
I have two dogs that shed a lot, and there is no evidence of them after the maids leave.
Their business model is great - I love that you can call and schedule a cleaning whenever (and they always answer the phone right away!!). They also really seem to try to remember preferences and customize your cleaning if needed.

We are listing our house for sale and wanted a thorough deep cleaning to make the house look perfect for pictures and real estate agents. I contacted several services, but decided on Austin All Maids based upon my conversations with Jake a well-spoken young man that listened well and communicated back what I had said were my key points... heavy cleaning of base boards, lower walls, kitchen and bathroom. We recently had our carpets steam cleaned and our wood floors are kept up so there was limited need for typical house work. He said that they work in crews of 3 and thought that 3 or max 4 hours

Open letter to the public: By the time you realize that you have time off work to go on a short vacation and relax, housework rears its ugly head and all those rugs you've been sweeping dirt underneath are getting lumpy. It doesn't help when you've been sick and it's going to be Christmas. AUUUUGH!! Not fair.

We have had the same maids for a few years now and was feeling that perhaps they were getting a little lazy and we wanted to try a different service to see what's up. The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way.
