I worked with Easyway Maids for a total of four cleanings for my Airbnb. The first cleaning, the did a less than satisfactory job, didn't complete, so Daniel had to send new cleaners to complete the second job, the next day and it was a decent clean. The second clean was with Daisy and Yisenja and they did a great job. So I used them again. The third time, after requesting same cleaners, Daniel sent a friend of his to step in. After the cleaning there were crumbs left on counter, dirt on the floor, and the stove wasn't cleaned adequately. I called the company, Daniel got back to me and

The best home cleaning service experience I've ever had. I've had about 4-5 cleanings done by Easyway and I've tried a variety of the add-ons and different cleaning options and fantastic results are given each time! The staff members are really polite and accommodating, as well. Today I had a standard cleaning done by Enrique and Whitney and they did AMAZING!! The last cleaning I had done was a luxury deep cleaning done by Daisy and Yesenia and my apartment was immaculate afterwards. I cannot bring myself to try another company because these guys really are the best.

While I did not wind up using Easyway for their cleaning services due to some complicating factors with my landlord, I did have the pleasure of working with them over the phone and they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They were willing to go to great lengths to make things work for me, followed up in an extremely timely manner, and were very understanding when I let them know I'd have to proceed with a different service because of my landlord. I will definitely be calling Easyway Maid Service first if ever I need professional cleaning done for myself, personally.

Company was hired for hourly cleaning services and told that we had bad allergies and didn’t want any of their supplies or equipment to come into our home. In addition we hired them for more time than our previous cleaners used and they insisted on not following any instruction kept taking excessive breaks. They were rude obnoxious and disrespectful. They were asked to leave our home and became very aggressive and had to threaten to call police for them to leave. Stay far far away from them

The initial cleaning crew didn't seem like they wanted to be here. The young lady really cleaned my shower and had it looking brand new but other than a couple of walls being wiped down, that's all that was done for 3 hours and young man stated that he wasn't feeling well so they had to leave. I was really upset and kind of bummed because I had a party to host a on Saturday. I spoke with Lyssa and she apologized but I wasn't able to get anything done until today. I called Dan on Thursday afternoon needing a large move out clean for the next day. My other cleaners had cancelled. Dan booked me and worked around my move. On Friday, we had an ice storm and Dan let me know he might not be able to get a crew to me. He offered to call other cleaners. He called 10 places and ultimately found a solution with his own crew.

I am so blown away with my service from Easyway Maid! They did just an amazing job on my two bed, two bath apartment. I've been dreading spending a weekend afternoon doing a deep clean, and they took care of it for me. Just left the key under the mat, went to work, came home, and BOOM! This was my first time hiring cleaners, and I wish I had tried sooner. The team was great. Not only were they on time, they were able to get in to my building with less hassle than the average pizza delivery guy. They literally cleaned things I didn't know were dirty. I moved stuff to the corners so they could vacuum/mop, and they went and cleaned the corners anyway! They were friendly, but I was still able to work while they were here.

I was not there during the cleaning, I checked after the fact. I asked the team to text me when they're close to being done, but they didn't. Maybe that was for the best, no awkward confrontation.
The 1st team that was sent did not do a deep clean. But the 2nd team that was sent fixed it! :) I'm happy with the results!! It was a bit of an inconvenience to get it fixed, since I have to call them and take pictures, etc.

Okay. So I'm waited around to leave a review because it brings up a lot of negative and angry emotions. Homeowners please advise this cleaning service using contractors. Meaning they contract a "team" and that team can basically bring in anyone they want to clean your home. I found these guys on Yelp and went with them due to the great reviews. I see there are only 14 so far, but it doesn't look like there have been any major complaints at all with this business. Pretty impressive. They did a great job with my home. Such a great job, in fact, that we're hiring them for home cleaning every 2 weeks, which they do at a 15% discount.

No regrets at all! They have really fast customer support and are easy to get in touch with. The customer service was very polite and helpful and they had availability during the holidays, which was great because i was afraid i wasn't going to be able to find a service last minute.

Please be aware of this company. I honestly feel like I just got scammed. I requested a move in cleaning and paid a lot of money for this cleaning. I left the crew to clean and they only spent about an hour at my place. The crew themselves were extremely polite and nice people. I'm not sure what happened or why when I came back to my apartment I found that hardly anything had been done besides minor cleaning here and there. When I called to express my feelings to the company service person, omg.

Got a special promotion from the owner and tried these guys out. Left home in the morning, came home to find everything organized and spotless. It had been a while since I cleaned my home, so it was a shock to see it in such good condition. You get used to seeing your kitchen the same way every day, and you adjust to whatever grime builds up. I couldn't believe how much better my place looked when I got back.
Apparently my cleaner was named Claris? I wasn't around when she did the cleaning, but serious props! I hadn't even processed how much dust there was on everything until it was all gone.

Easyway Maid Service did a deep house cleaning for my 3 bed 2 bath home. They took my booking same day, which was nice because I was in a panic trying to find someone in time for my get-together. That's what I get for planning last minute!
The cleaning service came with a very impressive looking vacuum, almost like it was used for commercial cleaning. They were able to use GREEN products, which is fantastic since I have kids. The extra charge was $20 for green cleaning products, and it was totally worth it since the place smelled great afterwards.

You know they did an excellent job when your landlord tells you that you can have your deposit back. I would definitely recommend Easy Way to those looking for the moving in/moving out service. They did a thorough job and got my deposit back!
My only feedback is for them to call the person when they are en route. The lady who greeted me said she was about to leave if I hadn't showed up soon. She could've been a little nicer about it.

Claire walked through with me and asked questions. We went over what was going to be cleaned and what she needed from me (very little).
