A team of three showed up promptly and Michelle kept me informed of the scheduled cleaning and services offered. The cleaners got to work immediately and did not stop until the job was absolutely perfect. They asked several questions along the way about direction and quality of service. Michelle took the time out of her day to show up and make contact with me, view the cleaning that had been done and spend time with her staff. If six stars were available, I would select that as a rating. By the way, my house was cleaner as I was leaving it than it was when I was moving in two years ago.

One word: Wow!!
I called Michele after a cleaning crew I'd booked weeks before canceled at the last minute. Let's just say Michele had me covered! She had cleaners over an hour later, and I returned home stunned by how good a job they did! I'm a student with roommates and let's just say we don't keep the home as clean as it could be- but right now it looks so good I can't find a smudge of dust. They were deft in organizing small things around the house without putting them out of place, reaching difficult places, and their thoroughness was bar none.

I contacted Michelle via text from the phone number listed on her website. It was Friday and I REALLY wanted my house cleaned the next morning. Michelle was very accommodating, we we're able to agree on a price and I was able to handle everything though texting which was convenient for me.
The crew arrived on time and and they did great work! Everything was cleaned to my standards. I would use Michelles Maid's again.

Michele and her crew saved the day for us. Our move in would have been delayed as our home was left filthy top to bottom. Her crew arrived on time and the 3 person crew went to work turning this sty into a sparklingly clean home. Kudos ladies!!! Michele's services are reasonably priced as well.
