The business and the building were created by Irv Berns, who is an architect and was influenced by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright. You will see the influence captured in Town and Country's showroom with floor to ceiling windows and the multi-level cantilevered space. This enables you to see the warehouse from the showroom.
We pride ourselves on our follow through service, advising you and your contractor for the most satisfying installation. You can always count on Town and Country to make your project a pleasant experience. We supply tiles for residential and commercial projects as well. Some memorable commercial projects are: Crown Plaza in Suffern, the new JCC in New City, McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Ramapo Cirque, Bon Aire Park, and many others!
Founded in 1968, Town & Country Ceramic Tile, Inc. is the largest tile distributor in Rockland County. We have a 18,000 sq ft facility. Unlike the big box stores who carry mostly mill ends, irregulars or discontinued items, the variations we display will be around and will continue to be around for some time.

I love this place! The selection of tiles is amazing and second only to the people who work here. They are so helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have a gorgeous new showroom that takes the guesswork out of picking tile. You can SEE how your tile choice will look on a large space. This is our third renovation project working with Tile and Country...absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time at Town & Country Ceramic Tile. I walked into the warehouse instead of the main entrance on accident, but John kindly greeted me anyway. I had a small project; cutting a few tiles to replace some old broken pieces from my gas fire-pit. The tiles weren't standard cuts so I couldn't just buy them. And no other businesses would cut tiles for me so I was having a bit of trouble. John to the rescue. I could tell he was busy working on much larger jobs, but he helped me out anyway. It tells a lot about a business and a person who goes out of their way to help someone in need even

There aren't enough stars! I did a kitchen and bathroom project with John and his wonderful team at Town and Country and am thrilled with everything! First off, everyone treats you like you matter no matter how big your project is, they take time to talk to you about all the options and always help you find the right thing in your budget. Lisa, Barbara, and Randolf are experts in this business, they have terrific taste and advice! We especially love Lisa for her expertise, she knows everything about tile, also was easy to communicate with, gave us updates and had stuff ready for us to pick up with just a phone call. We needed to do a large tile job for 5 rooms. I went to Town and Country after not being able to find what I was looking for in well over a dozen other tile stores across NYC and New Jersey. Town and Country had the best and most extensive selection of any of the tile stores and I found exactly what I was looking for! Not only do they have the best selection of tile but their staff is also amazing!! They've helped me every step of the way. My husband and I found ourselves needing to redo our bathroom due to a leak. We shopped around at a few places before stopping in to Town & Country. We are beyond thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish. Everytime we walked in, we felt welcomed. We were allowed to borrow tiles to see how we liked it in our bathroom.
