I was at a friend's house and was admiring her rugs, so naturally asked her where she purchased them from. I stopped in at London Grey, and was astounded by the vast selection of beautiful, high quality rugs that they carry. I was immediately greeted and the customer service there is unparalleled. Hamid helped me with my selections, and arranged for them to be delivered the following day to try them in the spaces. He himself came with the rugs, instructed how to place and center them, and saw to every minute detail. I purchased 5 rugs with Hamid, and was so happy with all of them. They

London grey is amazing! I bought an expensive rug from another store and it got a huge coffee spilled on it... The other company told me it would be $1500 to clean the rug and they can only commit to it being 90% clean. London grey clean the rug for $400;pick up and delivery was free; and Hayden and Sheila kept me updated on the status of my rug. I would absolutely buy a rug from them the next time I need one. Great service.
