I was completely blown away by every aspect of the service I received from Madison HVAC. When I called, the office staff made me an appointment for the next day at a specific time, and even called me when the technician was on his way to diagnose our problem. The technician made his diagnosis, explained the problem and our repair options. We decided a complete hvac replacement was our best option. They gave us an accurate quote and had the technicians there to perform the install just a couple of days later and COMPLETED THE WHOLE JOB IN A DAY!!! I've used Madison HVAC often for repairs and installation of furnace and a/c units, they have always done a super job. Recently they replaced a 20+ years old a/c unit, Dan and George were the techs. They did great work getting the new unit up and running quickly and when they left, everything was neat and clean around the work area. I highly recommend Madison.

Purchased HVAC in May 2020. Received a great price. Installation was excellent. Workers were professional, wore masks and booties in the house plus laid out carpet protector and took all trash plus the old unit with them. Other than a new A/C you’d never have known they were here. My electric bills are lower overall. We just went through an ice storm and the unit performed flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier.

I just got a new HVAC system installed today. I got three different quotes and Madison had the best price and they installed a Bryant HVAC, which is a very good quality. Derrick came to my home for the quote for the job. He explained my options and gave me his recommendation on what I needed. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I accepted the bid on a Monday and they were here by Wednesday to install. The lady from the office called me to schedule my appointment and she explained what was going to happen that day. The workers showed up on time and knocked the job out

"INSTALLATION" part 2 of 3

I had a new system installed.
It was mid range competitive price.
The Installers explained everything they were going to do, how long it would take, and what they needed from me (NOTHING). They brought all tools and parts, NO trips into town or the parts supply store was required.
They even wore little booties over their foot ware so not to get my floors dirty.
The Job took most of a day and they left NO trash, or scraps of metal ducting laying around for me to step on.
They knocked each time they had to enter MY home and made sure the doors were shut tight

Heat went out in 19 degree weather. I contacted Madison HVAC/R and a tech was at my home within 30 minutes. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. They checked my warranty and was able to replace the part for a very fair installation fee. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and will always contact this company with any future needs.
