During the past 5 years, Barry Bransford with Cappella Homes, Inc. has been my "go to" general contractor when I needed any repair or renovation done to my home. He and his team have successfully completed a variety of projects for me. Most recently, Barry replaced a broken, leaking water pipe that was behind a bathroom wall. Like other projects, he not only repaired the problem, but did so quickly and efficiently. Other projects he has done for me include remodeling a bathroom, installing a new kitchen floor, as well as taking care of numerous plumbing repairs and electrical wire issues. Barry

Barry and his team did an amazing job on our 1924 Bungalow. Our previous GC basically ruined our home. Barry came in, took control, and produced amazing results. Our home is in the best shape of its 96 years. We will always recommend him. He is a great builder, professional, and most importantly he actually cares about your experience.

Four years ago Barry did a total demolition of my guest bathroom and has just completed my master bathroom. In between there was some kitchen work also. He is a rare gem of honesty, integrity and is a perfectionist with his workmanship and demands the same of his subcontractors. I can not recommend him highly enough!

Cappella built our unique custom-designed house for us. We have been in it for 2 years now, and we are extremely happy. We aimed for a durable, energy-efficient house. Barry worked with us on solutions that would deliver both in a budget-friendly way. The house's unique design required the builder to devise solutions for everything from a foundation with an extra-deep crawlspace to finding a manufacturer of Bahama shutters that could be painted a custom color. Barry researched all this for us. The workmanship was great!
