Thomas May Construction Company was founded in 1985 by Thomas A. May, and has been in continuous operation ever since. Since its formation, the company has grown to become one of the larger general contractors in Northeast Florida. Thomas May Construction employs approximately 50 individuals. We are true general contractors in that we perform a majority of our work ourselves, which in turn helps to lower the project cost to our customers.

Terrible experience with Thomas May. Bought a house seller paid for new roof but I dealt directly with salesman picking shingle color etc. They kept promising me tgey would send my warranty and never did. 6 mos after install roof started leaking. After months of hassle and lack of follow though they aren't standing behind their shotty work. Buyer beware. Only thing that'll make it right is a lawsuit!

Very professional team of contractors. Thomas May and his team including President Keith Ward and Supervisors Brandon and Josh take excpetional care of their clients each and every time I see them in action on a project. I highly recommend them for any type of construction, especially commercial projects.
