We had Watermark come out to fix a toilet line that broke the day after Christmas. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out until Monday but understandable considering the holiday. They arrived past the stated time window but when they came they were very good. Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed everything right away. Very reasonable. I will be using them to replace and toilet and for other plumbing needs.

Jason was here to replace a kitchen faucet. He was great! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. He informed me of the price upfront and quickly replaced the faucet. We discussed another issue and he advised me to contact Moen for a replacement part, as their products have a lifetime guarantee.

They did a great job! We had an old toilet leaking, we were going to get it repaired but the day of the repair I decided to see if the plumber could just install a new toilet. He went to Lowe's got one we picked out, installed it and was done in just a couple hours including going to get the toilet. Great service! Thank you Michael, was nice chatting with you for a bit too, happy holidays.

Our company has paid over $30,000 to repair some plumbing in our facility. They have dug and tunneled under the facility and have left a mound of dirt outside. Now it's been weeks since they have come back. I continue to call daily and leave e-mails looking for an update. In the beginning I was told I would get a call back. Never have. I have asked for direct contacts on those that could help but have been denied such contacts. I am leaving e-mails to those that work in the field but no response. Watermark, responded the same day. Mark was polite and quickly showed me my options and provided cost information. They worked quickly and installed a new kitchen faucet. The kitchen sink is a bit old and I know it was a difficult install. They worked doggedly and left everything clean and a great new faucet. I have used them before and would highly recommend.

I love Watermark Plumbing. I have used them once before and so far they have been consistently AWESOME. Both times they came out very quickly. VERY professional. Right after I called for an appointment I received an email with the details of the appointment. The next morning I had a text that gave me a picture and biography of the plumber coming out. The plumber, Bryan, gave me a call a few moments before coming to let me know he was coming and when to expect him. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Their customer service is horrible! They don't even deserve one star! We had an appointment with them this morning and they never showed! And then they texted my husband at the end of the day saying that they're putting us on the wait list for another week or so. My husband called the dispatcher around 11:00 am for an update and she never called back. We've been without running water for a whole week! We can't wait any longer for a plumber. Luckily we found someone else.

Michael was our plumber. Before he arrived we got a text with his picture and a biography about his credentials and even his personal interests! It immediately helped us trust that he would be fair and real with us. All throughout the test and estimate, he was communicative and honest about what our estimate would be and why. Even though the work was extensive, and we had to receive bad news- I was so grateful to him for explaining the total overhaul of our plumbing system to us. He was considerate and fast! UPDATE....I give Watermark Plumbing 5+ stars! Recently I had a plumbing problem that involved a tie-in to the City of Dallas. Several members of the Watermark team went far beyond the extra mile to help me. Michael, my plumber, advised me to contact the city and even provided the name of the person I should call. Tim, the Operations Mgr, came to my home, early one morning, to view the problem and he personally made several calls to the City of Dallas on my behalf. After much effort by the Watermark team, the City completed their work and Watermark Plumbing got my system back in order and working

Every now and then you find a skilled person who knows exactly what the problem is and the best way to get it fixed. Michael is exactly this person. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of money and time. He went about getting the problem fixed and I must highlight he thought about other things in the house that could be affected by this downtime and took care of them as well.
