This is the second project I have done with Counter Fitters. Both jobs were done to my satisfaction. Bailey ,our designer, was very friendly and really gave us good advice. Oscar, our installer, was very professional and did an excellent job. When a mistake was found in one the measurements the owner called me personally and quickly resolved the issue. If I have another project I will use them again.

We were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that Counter Fitters supplies to their customers! We recently did a major renovation to our kitchen and used Counter Fitters for the new counter tops. Our project manager recommended them when we reached the stage for selection of materials to accompany the new cabinetry. Jo and I made the trip to their showroom, where we went thru the various materials they carry from marble, granite to quartz. The salesperson made a presentation after we gave our input on the color of the cabinets we had chosen and what we were looking

Just walked into their office. Door says they are open, door was unlocked, but there was literally no one there and all the lights were off. Tried calling their number and of course it just rang a phone in one of the empty offices. It was honestly super bizarre. I’d say they were closed and forgot to lock the door but I came on a Friday at 1:30pm which was during their opening hours and they didn’t have any signs about special holiday hours. Really weird experience. Hopefully they invest in a security system or remember to lock their doors because if I could have easily walked off with their

This selection is good and Lidi is very helpful. The stock yard has a pretty large amount of choices. Although I did not find what I was looking for, it is a place that is worth the time to at least look at what they have to offer.

I love working with this place. They have an awesome selection and always work with me to stay in budget for projects. They helped me do a kitchen renovation with quartz counters and beautiful honed granite Island counter top.
They are also helping me with a bathroom renovation & worked with me to stay in my tight budget for the project.
Staff is also wonderful and flexible with customer needs.

We had a great experience with Counter Fitters. Kim in sales was really knowledgeable, figured out the look we wanted quickly, and then was able to make suggestions on quartz and save us some money. All the technicians (templater, installers) were on time and very professional. Best of all, our new counter is beautiful.

How rude. I saw on their website that they made appointments for Saturday's, so I called to make an appointment for my wife, father-in-law and I to get our kitchen redone.I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted to make an appointment for Saturday, and she was really rude. She made it clear "we don't do Saturdays" and then tried to put me with a salesperson anyway. When she picked up again to tell me "my salesperson isn't available," I told her not to bother. Must be nice to have all the business you need.
