I needed my wired Ring Doorbell taken down they were able to take care of that. While Robbie the technician was here I asked him to look at my 2 door locks. He did so without hesitation. He adjusted (I paid for the adjustment, very reasonable ). After 24 hours the door lock seemed as if it was not flush to the frame (lock needed adjusting). Called the next day Robbie came right back that day adjusted. No charge. He was very nice and professional! I would recommend.

Re-keyed some locks for us and fixed a deadbolt. Polite, responsive, on time. Price was charged as quoted from the day before. I would hire them again

I have to go back to have the work completed(duplicate car key)but that was my fault. The owner didn't charge me for the work that was already done. You don't find that trust in people anymore. Besides that they are fast and the price was cheaper than there competitors especially the auto dealer.

The staff here was very great and helpful and getting me a replacement vehicle key we had to order a new fob and it took one day. We had the key programmed and ready to go the next afternoon. It only took about 20 minutes which was a quick walk around the park. I definitely would recommend this place to friends.

I have done business with them several times, following getting keys cut a local hardware store, which failed to cut the keys correctly. Before buying a lock for our front door, I called for advice, and was given great advice. I will return again when I need their service.

I went in yesterday to have my Saab key looked at. It turned out to be something I need to get fixed at the dealer, but they were very helpful in explaining everything to me. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain what I should ask for and why even though I wasn't going to be able to use their services at all. This is a great local business, so when you need new keys, don't go to faceless home depot and support some corporate suit somewhere who knows where, go here and support Main Street! I don't live in Upper Marlboro anymore, but I swing by whenever I visit my
