I locked myself out of my house... Called two other places and had been waiting almost 2 hours for either to show up before calling Mike's... I should have called them 1st (3rd times the charm). When they say 15 minutes.... they mean 15 minutes! Keith P. showed up professional friendly and quick. I almost feel like he waived a wand... maybe 3 minutes and I was in my house. I've never had a business show up within the given window and work so fast and be so kind and professional. Thanks Keith P., you saved the day. God Bless.

I called Mike and he came out immediately to help me solve an impossible situation. My keys were locked in the trunk, and the button in the car didn’t work. Mike was able to get my keys out of the trunk! I’m so grateful for Mike and his services! I would def use him again if I’m ever locked out.

I was very impressed with the company. I had several different issues going on with my security door as well as inner door. I decided to purchase a keyless entry system for the front door but wasn’t sure about what I specifically wanted(system features). This guy Mike is the real deal he came to my job on time in the pouring down rain with the biggest smile and the best personality! I was very impressed that he had the latest technology and not just the old fashioned Jimmy Stick. He was very experienced quick with his service which I appreciated because I was on my lunch break.
