I had a great experience puchasing a car here. You can tell they take pride in the vehicles they sell and were very straightforward with the purchasing process.

An apology to Import Auto. My Google account was hacked and the posting that appeared yesterday was not written by me. I love the Mercedes I purchased from Import Auto and would not hesitate recommending them to a friend. I have been passing Import Auto since I was a kid and was finally in a position to be able to afford buying an exceptional German auto from them. Great cars, great people, and great service! In these trying times of Covid, etc it was very refreshing to deal with everyone I have come into contact with at this dealer.

We have bought four cars from this dealership. Each time we have been impressed with the professionalism. The owner is Very knowledgeable, no pressure, very easy to deal with. I generally dislike the car buying process but This is the first place I go when my family needs a car.

Import Auto was the best! Patrick was an awesome guy to work with. He made buying my daughters first car enjoyable and easy. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The Range Rover was put through a safety check before we drove it off the lot. We’ve had the car for over a month now and are still as pleased as we were when we first purchased it! We are very thankful for the team at Import Auto for making this purchase such an enjoyable one. We highly recommend! Thank you!

The business owner and his wife are exception people. I bought my first Audi A6 from them 7 years ago, its been the best car I've ever owned. I highly recommend them for your next European car. Although I've never utilized their service department I can only assume they hold high standards. I will return for my next Audi.

My husband and I have bought a couple of used cars from Import Auto Ltd. over the years. We recently bought another car from here and continue to be very pleased. Excellent sales and service.

Import Auto is great. We have experience with purchasing and with the service department. Trading in and purchasing was the best car buying experience we've had. I would highly recommend that before purchasing a car here you take it to a mechanic. I brought the car in with issues while still under warranty and was told nothing wrong. I've had the car 7 months and have put in 1k in repairs and looking at another 4800. The issues have been verified by two separate mechanics. And only put 6k miles on. Looks like others had good results buying here. Me ...not so much. UPDATE turns out the engine was missing a part. Definitely recommend you have an independent mechanic check it out before you buy

Save yourself the headache-spend the small amount more at the dealer or go to a business that is BBB accredited. The work at this shop is not guaranteed. After returning a 3rd time for work that was done incorrectly to be redone I would like to warn others. "40 years experience" does not mean they have worked on your specific car those full 40 years.

Patrick, John & Joann are a great team...very accommodating, honest & friendly! I have had a great experience with all of them & love my Audi convertible.

I purchased a nice car from Import auto over a year ago. They are great people. But I wanted to commend the service Dept John does a great job. I cant say enough about the great service. Car is fixed first time every
time only had a few minner issue"s. But if you tell them you want tire rotation or new wipers installed its done period. And they wash and vacum your car and clean wheels . They put service back into service Dept. Great Job ! I will continue to buy and service my cars at Import Auto.

I have purchased many cars over the years at Import Auto. Joanne and Patrick put the used car business in a class of its own. I know when I walk out I am driving a car that is safe, comfortable, if not immaculate regardless of the year.

Needed a new water pump for an 06 330i. Service was awesome at half the price of the dealer and the car was even detailed when I got it back! I will use them any future needs.
