In all honesty, out of all the dealerships I went to that were nearby, Audi wins by a landslide. Customer service is amazing here. Today. I did not enjoy the customer service at Audi. I purchased my car from Audi. Get all my services done at Audi, but today was different. I called Audi to schedule an Oil Change. They customer service agent looked me up, stated that I had just been there in March at 23,000 miles and asked me how many miles I had now- which I told them was 27,000. However, the oil change due in 30 days (I called at the end of the 30 days when the alert now says, oil change due). The rep said that "its not due,

Outstanding experience with Jovon my Service technician. He assisted me with my 40K service & later a key replacement. My Q5 had a part that had to be replaced just five weeks after my warranty expired. He went to bat for me. He was able to obtain a 15% discount & a refund on the parts. What a super experience. I then had to have my keys replaced due to theft of the key, wallet & iPhone. The police stained my leather interior. I hate car dealerships. Over the years, men employed at them have sexually harassed me, spoken down to me, and tried to trick me into buying things I didn't need. We had the best experience with our salesman, De'Andre Holton. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try and intimidate or pressure us. We purchased a certified-used car and he even invited us back a few days later after we drove the car to do a "new car orientation" with us. I went into the dealership on a Saturday and met Lee. I found a vehicle that I was interested in but couldn't purchase it until the following Thursday. I contacted Lee on Wednesday telling him that I was coming in on Thursday to buy the vehicle. He said, "ok."

I just got my car returned to me after paying $900 for an Audi care package for maintenance and another $299 for rotating my tires, and to replace a signal bulb. I'm assuming it got extremely dirty during the storm a few days ago, but this is unacceptable. I cannot comprehend a dealership thinking it's okay to return a car in worse condition than they received it. :/ 2 stars since they gave me a loaner car while my car was serviced

Best car salesman is Nash Jones!!! This was my first time coming to Audi Atlanta and this is the best dealership I've ever been to. 5 STAR SERVICE! I will definitely be back for my next car! Everyone should use Nash when purchasing a car at this dealership. He's very personable, attentive, and never left our side throughout the whole time. We drove 6 hours to get the car and they even offered to cover hotel expense for the night. Can't thank him enough!

I bought my audi q5 from jim ellis and hemce i kep going to their service center for all of the sevices till now. Yesterday after i paid 400 bucks for 55k miles service when i picked up my car , the windshield was broken. I told them that it was not broken when i gave them the car and we watched the video they took of the car while i dropped the car of the sevices.
