My sales Rep Ruban was absolutely amazing. He didn't hassle me, he was great on product knowledge and went out of his way to assure quality even after the sale. Very polite and patient. Nice!!!

This dealership showed me that shivelry wasn't dead. They showed class, quality customer service and sold me a 2016 S550 Benz in excellent conditions and.low mileage.

Car dealerships normally make me feel very anxious, uncomfortable, so I was initially very hesitant on going. But Hakim was a great salesman, who made me feel more than comfortable. He was both patient and knowledgeable and im more than pleased with my Jeep Wrangler purchase. Will definitely be referring my friends and coworkers to come to him for their car purchasing needs!

I bought at car last week from Ruben at Gravity Auto Marietta. As is no warranty. During the whole process I never had to wonder or call. Ruben kept me informed and updated the entire time. A few days after, I had a concern with the car. I texted Ruben and he immediately told me to bring the car in and he would take care of it, and that's exactly what he did. This is by far the easiest experience in buying a vehicle we have had. We called them this morning to look into a 2016 suburban and ask about my trade in. Our rep was very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. We got pre approved before we came up. When we arrived we were met by one his colleagues while Trotters was making sure our SUV in perfect condition. We love the team work at this establishment and will happily recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a nice car!

I was very impressed with the excellent customer server ice from my sales associate Mr. Trotter as well as the financial services of assisting me with receiving a better interest rate than my bank. I received outstanding customer service today from Trotters at Gravity Autos Marietta. After a long work day, where I was absolutely exhausted and really yearning to go home, I decided to drive to this dealership to take a look that I had my eye on. Upon arrival, Trotters was very courteous, accommodating and professional. He brought the vehicle around quickly, had me take it for a test drive, pointing out its many features and capabilities. We saw a Nissan Altima online and called Gravity. Trotters answered the call and was superb from the onset. We visited Gravity and the car was clean and waiting for us to test drive. I live in NC and saw this beautiful Jag online. It was a must have. Michael reached out to me and stayed in constant contact throught out the whole process! It was so simple to get paperwork signed. Michael even answered my calls on his day off...AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He did NOT pressure or haggle. He was honest and true with all my questions. It was so simply to purchase a car from out of state. I drove to GA in my old Mommie vehicle and within an hour LITERALLY an HOUR I was driving back to NC with my new Jag. Thank
