They got me a great deal and approved with a lower down payment. I bought my car in March '21 and was told an emissions test was completed and will be applicable to my renewal due now, in December '21. Come to find out an emissions was never completed, but they somehow got my tag registered and they also said they won't do another one because they did one at some point and now it's on me to do it. Mind you there's no record of an emissions completed this year as per tag office.

Called 1.5 hours before we were to arrive and was told there were 3 of the make/model/ year we wanted (plus one had a deposit on it). Walked the lot and they only have one. Was supposed to be clean title and no wrecks. Sales guy says he gets paid the same amount, no matter the car price.
We ask for Carfax which he pulls up on the computer and sort of angles towards us as he scrolls.
Multiple wrecks show up and he declared he won't sell that to us. He pushes lower models that don't have desired features. Then he proposes newer cars that we won't buy.
We walked out. Pretty sure

Everyone here is nice and welcoming except for one guy. His name is Jim and tried to shake me and my moms hand when we got there in the middle of a pandemic!! He lit up a cigarettes while showing me cars. He tried to talk me into buying every other car except what I was asking to look at. Called me sweetheart and sweetie. Would never buy a car from him.

Ridiculously unprofessional service. They quoted me a price, I went out to get financing, and when I came back they jacked the price up $500. When I asked them about it a salesman yelled at me over the phone, calling me a crazy man.
I would recommend finding a dealership where salespeople have some integrity or at least respect customers enough not to insult them.

Looking for a good used car for my recent college graduate and spotted a low mileage 2018 Toyota Corolla priced about $1200 lower than similar cars at other dealerships. The salesperson was very upfront about the car fax and previous accident. The car is still under the manufacturer's bumper to bumper warranty so I took it to the Toyota Dealership. Got the minor issues fixed for free (bad tire pressure sensor) and away we went. Very smooth transaction and nice people. No regrets ! Thanks so much !

Ripoff told that it had never been in an accident but I found out it had a cheap Macco paint job and was required to buy a service contract that was supposed to rotate and balance tires, change oil and wash car. Went there today for the first time and waiting 1 1/2 hours to be told that they changed the oil and the tires didn't need rotated. I asked about the car wash and they said they would do it right then and 45 minutes later I asked how long it would be and they said another hour...I paid $300.00 and then they told me that I could come three times a year. I paid $100.00 for an oil change

I found VIP Kars via searches on cars.com. Looking for a good, reliable car for my son who recently turned 16. Went by lot on Saturday and found a nice Toyota Camry. I didn't have my checkbook and they wanted to up charge 3% to use a credit card, so I told them that I'd come back the following day. Next day I call and speak with Nicole and let her know I'm heading that way. She said great, the car is still here. I drive 45 minutes from Alpharetta on Sunday to finalize the transaction. Cars are "inspected", and sold "as is". All brakes due to loud squeaky sound (cheap), and battery had to be replaced within two weeks of driving it off the lot. Initially, there were no issues. As the days unfolded, issues started arising. There was zero effort to help or work with me when they were notified. I understand what "as is" means, but I also understand what "inspected" means.

Please run as far as you can. One of the female salesperson told me the day before the 2015 Nissan Altima was smoking under the hood. The salesman Ryan had a different story. He stated the car was fine. When I told him what the female salesman said he got angry and was very hostile. His whole attitude change when he couldn't get over on me.

CHECK YELP REVIEWS FIRST I picked out the car online, submitted an application, scheduled a test drive for Sunday. Drove over 45min. Away to be told by Sales Rep. Bernard "oh we are busy come back tomorrow" and referred me to Dennis. I called Dennis Monday gave him my information and he said he would get back to me... but of course never did. Worked with Bernard Benton who I HIGHLY recommend. I was trying to decide between an Scion xB and Kia Soul. They had some great deals at a reasonable price but not exactly what I was looking for. I came back 3 times over 2 days test driving different cars and I was NEVER pressured and only offered polite, friendly, and courteous service.
