1/8/22 When I arrived at Hennessy Honda I was met by Vincent. I informed him as to what I was specifically looking for on their lot. Prior to my visit I had seen the "specific" car I was looking for. Vincent took me right to it. I was sold as soon as I saw it. I had a similar experience 27 years ago. That was the last time I had purchased my previous Honda. It was difficult to part with it because I had had it so many years and put on 507,000 miles but excited for my new Honda. Vincent and Kyle made it all very smooth and easy. My husband contacted Hennessy Honda of Woodstock this past Sunday about a used vehicle we were interested in test driving. He spoke with a rep named Dave who told him that we would be unable to come test drive it because they needed to diagnose an issue with the car that they believe to just be a bad battery. They would be replacing the battery on Monday, and he said he would contact us back. My husband text him Monday (he did not contact us as stated), and he said he did not have an update yet. Went to Hennessy Honda looking for a pre owned CR-V and left with a brand new 2022! I went for an oil change around a month or 2 ago. Upon arriving, the gentleman told me I arrived at the perfect time, because he could squeeze me in, but the wait time would be 2hrs. I agreed, and apologized for not creating an appointment, due to revolving my time around my newborns nursing schedule and having childcare. After learning that, he had my car pushed through and washed for me within 1hr. I was prepared to wait 2hrs, but was so surprised someone went out of their way to help me like this. I’ve been a customer since 2009, so I have plenty of experience with Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. I don’t know how things are done at other dealerships, but here you really are treated like family. In a good way. Every single person I’ve ever dealt with is absolutely amazing. From sales, to finance, to service - nothing but positive experience. If I come to look at new cars I don’t ever feel pressured. If I’m bringing a car for service I don’t ever worry about getting things done that don’t need to be done. Sold my old Pontiac and came here to get a 2021 Honda about halfway through the pandemic when prices were rising. The staff was very nice and answered my questions over the phone and offered me a really great price in the end and even held the car so I could come pick it up. Very hospitable and straight forward and the car itself has been great since day one.

I recently visited this dealership for the first time for a routine service and was very impressed with the experience. David was super helpful and pleasant. The team got me in and out in less time than expected, and didn’t try to up-sell me on service. The cashiers and intake personnel were also extremely friendly and welcoming. Great job, Hennessy!
