I’ve purchased a number of cars and to be honest I’ve avoided Gravity because of things I’ve heard from other dealers about this place… now I wish I wouldn’t have listened to any of those people because I just had a great experience working with them to purchase a Tesla. Go see Razi if you want a purchasing experience with a salesperson who is straight forward and isn’t going to play a bunch of games pushing you to buy a car you don’t love or can’t afford. I bought a 2016 Ford Shelby from this dealership and almost immediately started having issues with the car. It was the middle of summer and 2 weeks of handing the car the AC Went out, then I had a loud rattling that turned out to be a bad exhaust hanger, then my front bumper drivers side clip went bad and popped out. I called the GM there and he put me in contact with the service manager, they guaranteed that they would fix all the issues, , but I had to wait 3 weeks to get on the service calendar because they were short staffed. I wait my 3 weeks, they kept my car for a week without even offering

I had a very good experience with Jonathan and Allen is the store manager. There was a scratch on the car but was told they will get it fixed the next week. They did! Very easy to talk to throughout. Agreed overhearing the loan interest rate I was going to get he went on line to his bank and beat the interest rate.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gravity Autos in Roswell, GA and I must say I was highly impressed with the level of service I received. I live in NC and it was the best deal by far I found for the particular vehicle I was looking for which was a 2018 Audi SQ5. So it was definitely worth the drive of me getting it.
My sales rep Valeria was great and showed great customer service and did everything she could to make the process as seamless as possible, especially with me being out of state. She kept in constant contact throughout the process. Everything was pretty much good to go when I arrived

I searched for a specific car for quite some time before I found the perfect one at Gravity Autos. Before I could get out of my car, Marko was walking out of the door to lead me towards what would eventually be my A7. The entire process was simple and the level of customer service that I received throughout the entire transaction was amazing. I went to test drive 2 cars that I saw online for sale. I called to make sure both vehicles are available. They told me on the phone both still are and they will have the cars pulled up to the front for me when I get there (they were trying to convince me to drive the over 1 hr time there). When I arrived not only were none of the vehicles at the front, 1 wasn't even on the property and they "didn't know" if it had been sold. It just so happens that was the cheaper of the two.

My initial review for this company was very bad. It was based on the customer service we received immediately after we purchased our QX80. It left a lot to be desired. First I want to say this has nothing to do with the car seller Ivory, he helped me out and was very good. However I do want to say DO NOT TRUST this dealer/owner. I had locked in a nice little Jaguar THEY RAN MY CREDIT, I got approved, gave the down payment etc. Everything seemed good but then I get a text that the car had been sold to someone else under the table! This is unacceptable by the dealer, these are not honest actions and hopefully no one goes through this. That place cost me a hard inquiry and they did not do anything to help.

This dealership is impressively stocked with high end, luxury cars. It can be very intimidating but Jonathan my salesperson made me feel very comfortable. Took me two visits before I asked my wife to come with me to make sure I am making a good decision. Jonathan made my wife and I feel so comfortable throughout the process. Had a great experience with Cody and Alan on the purchase of my Mercedes GLE. I appreciate Cody having the car ready when I got there and being so knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was low pressure and she didn't waste my time showing me cars I wasn't interested in. Also the financing process only took 15 minutes which was great because who wants to spend all day in the car dealership. They also threw in free maintenance for a year. Great overall experience!!

Your timing is actually pretty funny. I literally just came back from the DMV where I was finally able to get my tags. Keep in mind, I bought this car on September 30th. The DMV didn't receive the paperwork from you guys until 11/10 and that is per Vickie. She had to send me another temp tag so I could use the car.

I had went to several dealers that day & was actually 10mins from purchasing a car from Autonation Toyota Mall of GA, but was hesitant because they had some BS fees.
So I stepped outside the dealership & decided to give Gravity a call about a similar vehicle. They didn't just match the price, they went a lil below it, & there car had lower mileage, a sunroof, & leather!!! I sped from Mall of GA to Alpharetta. Got to Gravity 15mins before closing & they treated me like it was the beginning of

Found a Mercedes GLC 43 online as a possible vehicle for my wife. Drove 1.5 hours all the while getting multiple calls from 4 different people wondering where I was.... Arrived to find the ultimate Catfish of a dealership. When you pull up they have an entire row of Maserati Ghiblis......um yeah thats a bad sign. The car I test drove was thrashed...as a matter of fact every car on their lot had the smell of deferred maintenance. I mentioned this fact to the "salesman".....never heard back from them thank GOD! That is why its so important to pick the right dealership that has great customer service.
We bought a 2016 Infiniti QX60 from them in december. We had a few issues with it and 2 months later, we just wanted to get rid of it as we felt that this specific car was going to give us trouble despite still being under Infiniti factory warranty

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, energies, or efforts on attempting to purchase a vehicle from this business. They are masters of the "bait and switch" business model and speak to potential clients as if they're doing you a favor by answering questions that anyone would ask. Most people work very hard for the money they earn, and appreciate it's value. Gravity Auto Sales doesn't care about you, your family, your money, or putting you in a car at the price they've advertised.

I'm a Transporter showed up here to pick up a car, two people in sales tried to help me. But the guy in management gave a careless look. I saw him rolling back and forth in his chair staring at me as he talked with my customer he gave no orders to help find the car or even politely come up with any excuses whatsoever.. Nobody knows what's going on or where the car is that got sold to my customer, some of the salesmen were clowning around, one stated obnoxiously yelling outside, another came up to me, inquired about leaving his salesman business to do what I do for a living because business
