Had CAIR do work for my parents and myself. Installed a full system into both of our residences. Guys on each job were personable. Knowledgeable. Did the work in less than 8 for parents and a bit over 8 for me. My issue was a Bluetooth issue between unit and air handler. They advised on which unit was best for both houses and 6mos in for me and just over 2 years for parents. Great units. Good people

They installed hvac units in June did ok. But waiting on inspection, was told they would send permit # to city and they would call to set up appointment. I haven’t heard
From the city and have call cair many times.
Now they tell me it’s up to me to get ahold of city

Got a new Hvac and heat pump through them in the spring. The salesman was a little distant and lacked communication, but their receptionist, and later, owner both made up for it with their dedication.
The team was professional and courteous during installation. The unit has been working fantastically since.
Only hiccup, i told the salesman i wanted the gold product i was advertised, which was the same advertised ratings as other companies gold products, but at a significantly lower price point. They ended up installing and charging for the lower product, but i had wanted the better.

Very disappointed. Just out of hospital and they were a no show after a 2 day appointment. They called me over an hour past their 4 hour appointment window with an excuse I found unbelievable. Offered to discount a next day appointment and I said no I will not do business with you ever. Prudential kept their appointment and were super to work with. I had them replace my whole system even though they said they could repair the old one. Cair does not care, don't use them is my feeling.

I have used Cair many times for my rental properties and personal residence. The tech usually requests payment while at your property when the work is complete, which is fine. A few weeks ago I had a problem with my AC and Cair sent out a tech. He fixed the problem and I was prepared to pay. However, he told me he wasn’t “set up” to take payment… and that the company would bill me. Several days later, I received a call from a lady in the office. She demanded payment immediately and seemed to insinuate I should have already paid. Since I was in a store, I explained to her

Excellent customer service! Jeremy, the technician, was on time and professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck! He also tuned up both units and the systems are now operating great. We will also have them perform the fall tuneups. We will happy recommend CAIR everyone!

I really hate to leave a bad review for a local company. I haven't done that before, so that goes to show how certain I feel about making sure others are prewarned about dealing with this company. We have a new home and our builder subbed out Cair. So we have two units with them. When one recently went out, we called them and from there, had an… extremely difficult and drawn out process. For ONE MONTH, in winter, with four kids at home, we were without one of our heaters working. The follow up was always on me to contact them, as they would never return calls.
