Such a great company with excellent customer service! Jamie was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable while I was picking out a new fireplace. I was in a rush to get a unit for our new construction home and Jamie was able to make it happen. Even the guys that loaded my truck at the warehouse were extremely helpful. I am so pleased to have found this company.

I’m so grateful for this company. We purchased a home that already had a fireplace installed by them and it’s been a learning experience for us on how to maintain and operate. The representative has always gone above and beyond in explaining things to us and has taken the effort to walk us through concerns or questions over the phone. We had a problem with our wood stove and had no idea what the issue was. We took some pictures and brought it to Hearth and Home to see if they could recommend anything. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and accommodating even though he knew he wasn't going to get a sale on anything. If we ever need to purchase anything it will be from Hearth and Home.
