The Le Dipping Parlor Team are REAL people with lots of patience as we went through the buying process for a hot tub for the first time. They listen to our wants and goals, and recommended a couple options and price points that would fit our Tub requirements and budget. Also, big help on prepping suggestions for the location of installation & electrician contacts! Great PEOPLE at Le Dipping Parlor!!

From start to finish Laine and everyone at Le Dipping Parlor is amazing!!! They were so helpful and patient while my husband and I decided on the right spa for us. Anytime I had a question they were always available and on delivery day they explained everything plainly so that I would be able to run the spa smoothly. Now that our dream spa is here we are in it everyday and LOVING it!!!

I've been looking forward to the opportunity to review, this store is 'off the charts' awesome. I moved into my current house five years ago. The owner left an old hot tub for us and for the last 5 years we have been buy chemicals and supplies and joking with the staff at Le Dipping parlor that they needed to pray our old hot tub died. For these 5 years we have been treated as if we bought our hot tub from them, 5 star. They were the best sales people ever, zero pressure and they never felt like I was a bother asking questions. I had to wait awhile for my spa to arrive like everyone else these days. When it did, Le Dipping Parlor was top notch. The spa was on my back patio and set up in less than an hour. I was shown exactly how to use it and what chemicals to put in and when. I even had a problem on the second day I owned it which was totally my fault. They sent a technician out the very next business day to fix my mistake, for free. If you want a spa, buy from these guys. They will take care of you even after the sale is done!
