There are so many types of services that a company can do but can they really specialize if they are not focusing in one specialty area of their trade? Our trucks are fully stocked with common parts to complete most repairs on the first service call.
Water maintenance in a hot tub and spa is very important. We are dealing with a small body of water where the temperature typically is maintained around 95-104 degrees. Think of a hot tub and spa as an oversized bath tub, that you use over and over. A hot tub and spa water chemistry should be checked at least once a week for ph & chlorine balance.

I called Sierra Pool and Spa and scheduled an appointment for them look at a problem that I was having with my spa pump. They were able to come out 3 days before the scheduled appointment and determined that the pump was overheating and needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump and had it installed 3 days later. The cost of the pump was less than they anticipated so the cost of the replacement was signifantly less than they had quoted. In addition to the excellent service that they provided, I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. They could have easily charged the original quoted

Ron and his son Zach were extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Ron is very thorough in his work. He immediately diagnosed the problems over the phone and was able to deliver and install the new products in a matter of days. Ron and his son were a delight to be around. Ron and his son were so great. They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. They got my spa up and running, and it no longer leaks!
