Had an issue with our heater in the middle of the night on the coldest night I have seen up here. Jason Nordstrom called us back before they even opened the next morning. While working on getting his repair guy out to us, he also tried to assist by telling my husband over the phone what we might could do to fix it. We were unable to, but I feel that was excellent service that he tried. The repairman arrived shortly and was very professional and helpful. He had us up and running in no time. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a very tricky situation that Jason the owner was able to help with. He was very compassionate and reasonable to our furnace troubles. In the end him and several technicians were able to get everything working great and even pointed out additional issues in the house the home inspector missed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I would like to say thank you to everyone at Nordstrom Heating. Over the summer we decided to explore the idea of installing A/C into our new home. We received several quotes and had 4 separate companies provide us with bids. We ended up going through Nordstrom because of Brad.
He was the only sales person out of 4 companies who actually stepped foot inside of our house, to evaluate our exact needs. The others just looked at the current system in the garage and never asked to come in.
On install day Aaron and Wes came out to complete the install. They were professional and efficient. They answered

Our experience with Nordstrom Heating and Air was top notch from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and we had a detailed quote within hours of contacting them for both a furnace and AC system. The work was accomplished much quicker than we thought would be possible. When an alternate furnace became available, they contacted us and were able to move our installation date up significantly. They were on time, on budget and I would not hesitate them for any future needs. All around we had an excellent experience.

Nordstrom's not only did a very thorough job on the maintenance of the heater and air conditioning unit, but they were very quick to stand by the water tank installation when it was not working properly. The issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Nordstrom's to anyone.

Nordstrom Heating is the best of the best, hands down!
My wife and I decided to add an AC to our house and Nordstrom Heating took amazing care of us from start to finish. I am so glad I chose to work with them!
Before having Nordstrom Heating come out I had a few other companies stop by to look at the house and prepare a bid. Each of those companies were at the house for about 5-7 min. They all asked for the size of the house and looked at the breaker panel and the spot outside where I wanted to put the unit then left.

First time home owner and we've been in our house for 3 years. Our heating unit stopped working this morning the temperature was 30 degrees! Panic Mode set it. I called several different companies and all were booked for same day service. I spoke with Debbie and she scheduled me for next day but said she'd try to get a tech out same day if their schedule allowed. We got a call from Dean C. who said he'd be able to come out same day.
