Bill was the only one to respond. I am so happy he did! From the estimate to the install Bill, Bane and Mike were super! They were very respectful and friendly. They cleaned up as they went along. Then did a final walk to make sure everything was better than when they arrived! I would recommend Cascade to anyone needing any HVAC work.

Bill is awesome! We had our fireplace and furnace serviced by him. He communicated well and showed up on time. Our fireplace was finicky and he found the problem, thoroughly explained exactly what was happening and how we could easily fix it with a new light switch. He saved us money! He’s incredibly friendly, efficient, and knows his stuff! Would absolutely call him again!

Cascade Energy Services were recommended to us by a developer who uses them to put in all their split system HAVC. We were building a new house in the Seattle area. They not only did a great job, but they did it in a timely manner. We could not say that about a lot of our other subs. Bill the owner not only did a good job, but was very helpful and courteous in the process. Sadly, those qualities are becoming scarce in today's construction world.

Bill and the team were exceptional. After the last big heat wave, we wanted to replace our old propane burning furnace before it died on us. Cascade was able to come out quickly and give us an estimate. The price we paid for the work was very competitive, and honestly more so for the level of service we got. The install guys were professional, punctual, and did a great job. I’d have never known they were even there aside from the new heat pump they put in. We also had a mini split installed in the garage. We were told that the split wouldn’t be able to be installed until 9/10. No big deal.

We had a great experience with Cascade Energy Solutions! After learning our home’s furnace was unusable, I called around trying to get estimates. Many companies weren’t able to book someone to come out and give me an estimate for about a month! Bill came the next day. He quoted us a fair price. We were concerned about getting it installed quickly, and he was able to track down an instock furnace that met our needs. He booked the install the next week by squeezing us into his schedule. Then, he ended up calling and was able to move it up a couple days! The team that came out to install

Cascade installed air conditioning in our home in early June, consisting of a central unit and two Mitsubishi ductless units. The prices were very fair and the work was exceptional and very professional. These guys really know what they are doing and they exceeded every expectation. I could not be more pleased with the result and I highly recommend their services. They are the best!!

Bill the owner was very thorough and attentive during our estimate appointment. We looked at a total of 3 companies including Cascade Energy Services and not only did they offer a better price for a better AC unit but they also included other additional services that other companies would charge extra for. Bill and his team did a great job of installation, clean up, and final walk through to ensure I did not have any questions before they left. Highly recommended for their level of service and overall cost.

Excellent company and will recommend to anyone. Bill responded to an issue with the furnace and identified the bad part. The surprise was that he DIDN'T try and push me into purchasing a new furnace like the other companies immediately did when I had to call them out at times during the last 5 years. When I inquired about maybe replacing the 28yr old furnace he didn't BS me and tell me which to buy, but instead presented facts about the available units to decide from and even beat the prices the other companies had quoted previously. Alex just left after fixing my gas fireplace and inspecting my furnace. Awesome job, left everything clean and tidy. My fireplace hasn’t worked for almost 20 years and I had a difficult time getting someone to come out. Cascade Energy Service was very responsive, on-time and skilled.
