Services
The facility contains units in various size from 5' x 4" (20 square feet) to 15" x 20" (300 square feet). The smaller units are generally located near the front entrance, and the largest units are located near the rear entrance, where there is a loading dock. Available extras include carpet and shelves.
Heat, cold, extreme temperature changes and humidity can severely damage sensitive items kept in a non-regulated environment. With storage that's climate-controlled, your items are better protected from these extreme conditions. Even though climate-controlled storage units cost more than standard storage units, you'll save money by not having to replace or repair damaged items.

This place is very well managed, especially for a storage unit facility. The owner is responsive, people clean regularly and it shows, multiple efforts are taken to discourage and/or find illegal drug activity, the only accepted form of payment is a credit card, it has all the dollies and carts I needed, very reasonable hours for accessing the secured entrances, and it's climate controlled. I never saw anything sketchy going on there the whole time I rented. I would use this place again if I had another move that required it, and this place would be a first choice for business use.

I’ve stored items at The Guardian for at least the last four years (really, I’ve lost count), and have been very pleased. Access is easy but secure, the hallways and bathrooms are always very clean, and the manager is incredibly responsive. I’ve needed to change from multiple units to a single unit as I’ve incorporated stored items into my home, and then I finally got to the point where I could downsize my single unit. The Manager has always been so helpful finding available spaces in the complex that perfectly suit my needs at the time. I highly recommend The Guardian!
