I have rented many storage units in my life but, none of them can hold a candle to Rocket City RV & Storage. The manager was an absolute delight. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help me with my move in. This was by far the best experience I have ever had when it came to customer service. The entire building is climate controlled and clean. I highly recommend this storage facility located in Meridianville, AL.

At the last moment, I needed to rent a trailer to move my son to his apartment at Auburn University. The original plan had fallen through, giving us only one hour before most rental agencies closed. Calling the one that was closest to my home, they did not have a trailer at their location. So Dave managed to find a trailer from a different location and have it delivered there while I went home to get the hitch for my car. He stayed at the storage unit until I arrived ( by then, it was after hours). The pin we had bought to hook up the hitch was too short, so he let us to borrow the one from his
