Plan size - some subdivision have a smaller lot size than others, which may determine available plans for that subdivision. Next step is to find the right plan for you and your lot. We have a variety of both unique and popular plans available, as well as associate architects available to help build and design your dream home.
Its been 30 days since we moved in are new home. I must say. Singletary had a vision an mastered it. Are home is beautiful he done amazing Job. The whole team Linda has an eye for the interior. I cant say enough about how the whole process from start to finish was a great experience. I've only had to use the warranty a few times and each time Singletary Construction has fixed the issue with no problems at all and in a very timely manner.

They built our home, our first home, and I will NEVER use them again!! They are only in it for money. Poor workmanship. Everything falls apart. Some things weren’t caulked. Just a bad experience and i wish i never got this house.

Bert Singletary is the "MAN". He went above and beyond to help the non-profit, Butterfly Moments, design and build a 5-unit apartment that will provide low-income veterans with long-term residence. He has been both a blessing and a God-send. I feel that we definitely got more bang for our buck, only because of Bert and the person he is. I would not hesitate to recommend Singletary Construction to anyone for any building project.

I have attempted to enjoy this home I hand picked to purchase. Mesmerized by its external beauty, I entered and was not disappointed. My life has. When a living hell since. I have foundational damage. Water is coming in from outside on the side of the home. It has destroyed the dining room floor, the baseboards and my wall had to be cut. This is the second water damage in two year age of this new home. The builders will not take culpability and repair and my home owners insurance will not cover builder negligence. Our daughter and son-in-law just closed on a house that was build by Singletary Construction I would think long and hard before dealing with them. There were a number of items that were pointed out before the closing that needed to be fixed and weren't. Singletary's response was basically if you don't like it we can always cancel the contract and sell it to someone else. This is after they had invested money in upgrades not provided by the builder. Gouges in the walls muddy footprints that even a professional carper cleaner couldn't get out, scratched up tub. The sodded lawn looks like nothing
