Jackson glass did a custom shower door for me and it looks great. Salesman went over options with me and was real knowledgeable with recommendations when I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and not at all high pressure about it. Guys that came out to install were great and were done I'm about 4 hours.

The worst experience ever!!! 05/05/2020 I paid 50% which was about $190 to have glass ordered for my back door. I asked could receipt be emailed. I was told it would be mailed. Never got it. On 05/28/2020. I called to see had glass come it. Shannon said it had just come in she would have to get me on the schedule it was suppose to rain the rest of the week and she don’t schedule glass repair when it rain. She went on to say they would give me a call the day before to ensure I would be available. I then told her I’m off Wednesday and Thursday next week (June 3rd & 4th). Didn’t rain nor was

Ordered glass made for a lantern and got it within a few days. An electrician I'd hired to install the post lantern said he could make a door for the lantern once I got the glass, but when I came home with it, he couldn't and he lost one of the glass pieces. I had to take the lantern to a metal welder to make the door and called Jackson glass for a replacement piece. I called back with the measurements but after a couple of weeks, I called and they'd lost the measurements but I was told some staff were out for surgery. I waited a few more days and called again. I do contractor’s work like remodeling and upgrades. Had to order glass and mirrors from this guys. Orders always delivered on time, friendly and cooperative. They will always try to bit competitors price and last few orders like 1/4 glass for store front of custom size/big size mirror they had ~15% lower prices compare to other local stores.

I was disappointed with the window glass replacement work that Jackson Glass did. The window I was replacing had an interior grill that gives the appearance of separate window panes. The problem was that they didn't align the grill as it was on the glass they replaced. Also, one of the retention strips wasn't completely flush with the frame of the window. I think they probably were unable to get the strip flush because they had excessive sealant in the frame. I showed them that they failed to orient the grill properly but they were not really interested in making any attempt to fix the problem

I was so pleased with Jackson Glass today. They went above and beyond what is required of a busy company. I needed a piece of glass cut for an emergency situation. I didn't really express how urgent it was but they were so attentive and noticed and cut the glass immediately. I love doing business with a company like this. Thanks
