This has to be the worst glass shop in Memphis , waited over 6 weeks for 2 pieces of replacement glass on the 4th week it came in wrong waited 2 more weeks got glass and it was out of square and wrong size had to beat window frame to make it fit ,,I took old glass in for them to size it by

Ok so I know I'm just a little ole home owner! But it shouldn't take a week and a half now to replace a broken glass in my security door! They where happy to take my money up front, and really weren't that friendly at the front desk! It has been a week and a half and still no glass, they said it would be done Monday! It isn't that complicated and would only take a few minutes to put on the stupid vinyl frame. Well I didn't wait on you the lady said. What kind of excuse is that!! I don't recommend this company!

Rude and prejudice with poor customer service. Three women at the desk and it was like I wasn't even there, they couldn't be bothered. When I was finally helped I asked if they do residential windows and the woman told me NO. Then she sent me to a business down the road. It clearly states that they do on their website. Guess I wasn't their type of clientele

The staff at Nurre were very helpful. They helped me complete a window project at my house and made suggestions that saved me money! I brought an old window in and they had knew exactly what to do to fix while keeping it's original look. This is my second time to use them, and will continue in the future.
