I am so happy with Balboa Fencing! The crew that constructed the vinyl fencing on 1 side of my house were professional and very respectful of the property, made suggestions on how to keep my dogs content through the process, and cleaned up their mess at the end of both days. They also fixed my other side wooden gate that was dragging and the latch was broken at no charge! My neighbor and I love the new fence and gates and very happy with the prices and service.

We have a creepy neighbor who would walk by after midnight and sometimes during the day and would pick up our packages that were delivered. This is the main reason we decided to get a fence. We called Balboa and they came out to give estimate. We thought it was affordable and after the work was completed we were very happy with the job. The customer service was great. We are having them come back to give us another estimate for a side gate. We recommend them to all our neighbors.

I'm extremely happy with my experience with this company. I was getting really frustrated because I only needed a gate and small portion of the fence replaced, and no one would quote me because the job was too small.

Good fencing contractor are hard to find. We received 5 quotes to do our fence and had hired two other companies. One company was a no show on the day the job was supposed to start and one had poor customer service to begin with.
Balboa Fence company was excellent! Great customer service, very professional, very clean (not one nail left behind), and beautiful craftsmanship. Also, the price was very good. My entire experience with Balboa Fence was fantastic! Starting with the design and quoting process with Will Kaner (who patiently allowed us to make four revisions to the design and layout until it was just perfect), to the actual install done by Ray and Ray Jr., the entire process went smoothly and everything was done on-time and to our complete satisfaction! They also were flexible on the install date, allowing me time to build a small retaining wall prior to the fence install. I had originally got quotes from two other fence companies, and Balboa's was the most reasonably priced as well

Very disappointed with Brett. Called to make an appointment for free estimate for fencing which was 3 weeks in since they were busy. Few days before, I re-confirmed my scheduled appointment. Initially, Brett seemed to be accomodating. He called the day of his appointment and texted that he was on his way. We met, told him what we wanted, he made measurements, and he said he would email the estimates. But, we never did. I waited for a week thinking he was busy. A week after, I called to check on the estimates he was supposed to email me. I left a message and never got a call back nor reply. I called

His crew was always here and on time. They made a small mistake early on in our new fence that went unnoticed, we noticed but weren't sure it was worth saying anything... Brett came by to check the work, noticed, and they took most of the fence down and started over. People make mistakes, that's just life. But to own it, and call yourself out and spend a day redoing the work when nothing was even said by us or the neighbors, that's impressive.

I'm really sick of companies that waste my time. We made an appointment and not only did they not show up, I didn't even receive a courtesy call to say that they wouldn't be here. My time is precious to me. Brett and Balboa Fence Company do not seem to think my time matters. I am very happy with the new fence that Balboa Fence installed for me. I had five bids - Will's was the clear winner. He was the only one that was energized and full of ideas by my funky property, with many trees, plants, original rock walls, and uneven terrain. The craftsmanship, expertise and care of Adolfo, James and crew exceeded my expectations.
It is beautiful and has improved the property. They all work together so efficiently!

After researching fence companies, meeting with them, and getting quotes, we decided to have Balboa Fence Company install a brand new fence on the property we had just purchased. We have kids and had just gotten a puppy so we wanted to make sure all were safe.
