Tropic Aire has the best people working there. The ladies that answer the phone are always cheerful and knowledgeable. Get right back to you . Nick the estimator, among other jobs, went above and beyond for me, He did one estimate and then we asked for another and he went on to get that to me within a day or so. Explained everything on invoice so I would understand. The young men who came to install my 2 different systems were Rocky, Dustin, and Mike. Very knowledgeable as well. As far as I know they did

My regular air conditioner company owner retired and we had used them for 15 years. They recommended TROPIC AIRE. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. David yesterday and DJ today were professional,courteous, and very informative. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They were very fair on the charges and time spent taking care of us..Frank

Fast! Great service. Technician was very professional, and knowledgeable. Provided upkeep advice to avoid unnecessary issues in the future. He worked in the rain! (now that's dedication). I did however have some questions about cost, as it was much more than I expected. So I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager after service was completed. The owner called me back the same day! was very respectful and helpful to explain, and put my concerns at ease. All said and done A+. Still pricey though 😉

I had an issue with my unit, and these folks were able to get someone out same day to fix it. I asked for a 30 minute "heads up" because I was at work, and they were kind enough to do this for me so I could make it home in time for the tech. I'm sorry I don't remember the tech's name, but he was super nice and informative, answering any questions I had. The price was worth the quick and friendly service! I'd call them again if I have any other issues :)

This company was absolutely great. Our AC unit gave up on us Wednesday and they had someone come out and check it within a few hours. The unit had to be completely replaced. Mike Sietsma Came out and did the estimate and he was phenomenal. He showed me everything and explained it so I understood what he was talking about. He set me up for the next morning to have it replaced. I am so thankful because it was 82 degrees in the house. Great company and would 100% recommend them.

I have had them for a long while and have been totally satisfied with their work. Their people are professional and courteous and best of all, knowledgeable.
The are lighting fast to respond to service calls and very neat. Just fine people! I trust them!

Extremely disappointed in this company. I would warn everyone to bring your business elsewhere. After having some problems with our AC we called out Tropic Aire. A technician came by and told us everything was working properly and that there were no problems. This was mind boggling to me as the AC was making a horrific sound every time that it ran. Sure enough, about a month later the entire unit stopped working. We then called out a different company as I no longer trusted the work of Tropic Aire. This second company informed us that it was apparent that the problem had been going on for some

Tropic Aire came out on short notice to attend to an AIr Conditioner not cooling. The Service Technician "CJ" arrived, introduced himself, carefully listened to us, inspected unit and performed a thorough cleaning and adjustment of the 20 year old unit. He was very courteous, maintained a clean area, and was helpful with follow up instructions on maintaining unit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially during these 85-90 degree days. Thanks! LC In San Marco area.
