If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I was given this "contractor's" name from a friend, so without hesitation, I called Jon and asked to see if he wanted to give me a quote for an extension on my patio. At first it seemed to be going good. Work started fairly quickly and progress was being made. After a few weeks, and after first payment was made, things changed. Work came to a halt and the communication between myself and the contractor was non-existent. I would text or call him to see where we were in the process and I would get the run around. He would say
