Prior to hiring Comfort Aire to install my heat pump/air conditioning system, I got three estimates for the job. This is standard practice for me. I was surprised that their estimate came in the lowest. I thought that the company I've dealt with for 16 years would be lower. I had a good conversation with the owner, Matt, during the estimate process, and felt confident that the job would be done correctly. His installers arrived on time, and completed the heat pump/air conditioner installation in about 6 hours. They were friendly, professional, and took care to wear boot covers when they entered

Comfortaire installed a new AC unit for me, and I paid thousands of dollars for it. Less than 2 and a half years later, it broke down / stopped working. Comfortaire charged me to fix it. I would expect a brand new AC unit would work longer than 2.5 years. Comfortaire's only response was "things break down". Very disappointed that Comfortaire does not stand behind the equipment they sell and install; I should not have been charged for an AC repair for a unit that Comfortaire had installed and was less than 2.5 years old, after paying thousands of dollars for that unit.

Thanks to Comfort Aire team for your quick service when our furnace died in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown. From Keith who gave us guidance on the phone on Sunday to Tony who arrived early Monday to diagnose the issue, to Nate, and Ryan who worked all day Tuesday to install our new system - we couldn't be happier with the quality of service, response, and price.

Quoted price for AC repair, charged more when done. Job done incorrectly. NO folo-up service after they messed up. Found another HVAC specialist who fixed their mistakes AND the original problem for less money than Comfort Aire's initial quote. Oh...and his wife/office mgr. is rude.

Comfort Aire installed a Lochinvar gas home heating boiler in my home in Lancaster and did an excellent job.
Their technicians, Ryan and Nate, were very professional and kept me updated about the project.
Matt Campbell, the owner, made sure I was satisfied with the work and advised me of a substantial rebate from UGI.
Comfort Aire will return to my home next week to complete some updating to the air conditioning system.
So when you need new heating and air conditioning components or repairs to this equipment I would recommend you consider Comfort Aire.

Working with Dave from Comfort Aire was an absolute pleasure. He detected an early carbon dioxide leakage from our heater, ensuring the safety of our family while installing a new heating system which we are very pleased with.
