Very unhappy with with lack of information and service. Just built new home and installed a Geothermal system which is a greater cost upfront. Was never walked thru system, no info left about system. I was never asked about options on thermostats, they just installed a basic one. I have a split zone system and again not a word about system. At least they left a manual on the HVAC unit but think it was an mistake. Had a leak that took three times to fix. I have no Idea on Warranty, was just told to go on line to Climate Master and register. That was a month 1/2 after we moved in. I have no idea
