Gena was a excellent sales woman did every thing right for us and a big plus for our installer Luis Smith he was very professional and proud of his work which is hard to find in a young man today. he but a 8hr day in installing our new carpet and on a Sunday to boot. he is an excellent young man, keep up the good work. Had a new luxury vinyl floor put down by the Floor Store in my trophy room this past March. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Gina, Carl and their entire crew were just awesome.
