George at Beverly Hills Floors was a professional from start to finish. I filled out a contact form on his website and he followed up right away by email and phone. He came and took a look at the floor I needed done and quoted me almost half of what the competitors had! We really wanted to get the floors done quickly as we were putting our house on the market, but it was Christmas time and we understood when he told us it would take a few weeks to get to us. However, he called us back a few days later when someone canceled and he got our floors done within a few days after that. Superb service

Talked to this guy in early may about getting my floors done, tells me for sure he can do them by the last week in may/ first week in june. That comes and goes, no call. The quote was $3400 btw, not the biggest amount but not super small either. He was doing 6 rooms and a staircase. I call him to remind him of the appointment he broke. So then he says 2nd or 3rd week of june, same result. I call him again to remind him. Finally, "I will for sure call you next friday and set up an appt for the following week." No courtesy to even call me. It's 3 week AFTER his deadline and I just got a call asking

Extremely professional service all-in-all. George the owner came over for a free estimate and told me what all he and his guys would do and what would work best for my floors. His two employees were also outstanding with their craft and got the job done in a timely manner. Fair pricing with quality craftsmanship.
