We woke up to no hot water and could not get the pilot to light up. My husband called several place but it was Wes from LJ Butler that was able to help us out that same day. It was decided that we needed to replace our old water heater. Wes came out and installed it in a timely manner. Not only do we have hot water but now we have better water pressure. I guess there are two Butler brothers. In the past, one of the brothers fixed a leaky boiler. That job went fine. This past weekend. our boiler would not light so I called and got the other brother. I was relieved when he said he would be able to come out within the hour. When he got here, he seemed to have no idea as to what the problem was or how to fix it. I saw him disconnecting some wires then reconnecting them. After a few minutes he said he couldn't fix it and left. Before he came the blower on the boiler was working fine. After he left, that no longer worked. A subsequent repairman, said
