It all started with a slow draining laundry room sink. Soon it progressed to a clogged tub drain. We called Drain Rooter because they have a camera to look in the pipes and see exactly what was going on. Henry was so good and explained everything that was going on. He gave all our drains a complete washing out with a pressure treatment. Wow the stuff that came out was unbelievable. He got all our drains working as good as new again. Had an excellent experience with Henry and Drain Rooter. Initiated through home warranty claim to investigate issues with water heater that had been recently replaced by another company through the home warranty. Henry was able to troubleshoot and identify some issues that were overlooked by the previous company during the replacement. While ultimately the warranty company rejected the replacement claim, I found the price quoted to fix the issues to be more than fair and the work was completed in a timely and thorough manner.

Very professional in explaining what was needed to fix the problem. I have had plumbers in the past that were lousy. We called Henry out on a project today and we were super impressed with the way he was able to troubleshoot the shower that was leaking. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to leak detection. He broke down four scenarios of the water intrusion. We will be opening up some drywall to determine the exact cause of the leak and then we will be calling Henry back out to do the plumbing repair.

A simple clog with our washing machine turned into both showers flooding when the toilet was flushed. Henry and his guys scoped the piping and discovered really back cracks in the cast iron piping. As a first time homeowner, this was all extremely shocking because we weren’t sure how to deal with our insurance company to get coverage. It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. It's not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. Henry came to my house thinking it was going to be a simple solve.....main line back up. But . ....noooooooo such luck. There was not easy access to the main clean out. ( it is under the house) and per our insurance he could have packed up his tools and left. THANKFULLY Henry is determined to take care of business.
