I have a problem of burner shutting down on lighting up. The manufacturer of Reem recommended village plumber since it’s still under warranty . They didn’t do anything valuable other than told me to replace water heater. No real diagnostics beside guess, paid over hundred dollars for nothing.

I applied for a job there and after driving for 1 hour 20min. After I met the owner Marco come to find out he is one of the weakest plumbers I have ever met, he might have the book smart but doesn't know how to plumb and he tried to slave work me with out a lunch for 3 days and then his office tried to classified me as a independent contractor. I'm sure the labor commissioner will have fun with this one

I cleaned Rheem and they hooked me up with Village Plumbing. I then called Village Plumbing and I was told they could get someone out the next day. I told the woman on the phone that I had been out of Hot water for a couple of days, and she was very considerate and got Benjamin out to the house within an hour He fixed the problem and there wa No Charge. It was covered under warranty. I highly recommend Village Plumbing and Benjamin!

I had an insurance covered paid repair and when I tried to set up the appointment the person on the phone asked me some questions and when I tried to respond she yelled at me to shut up! at that point I hung up the phone to call someone who would appreciate doing business with me.

Marco came out to my business and installed a tankless water heater. he came out when we scheduled the appointment and he installed it in a couple of hours. He removed the old tank water heater wich was leaking and made the modifications to the plumbing to fit the new tankless water heater.
Supper happy with the service and highly recomend Village Plumbing.
