I wanted to write this review because Scott was so great and helpful. He drove a long distance and fixed my problem - which in retrospect was something I probably should've been able to figure out on my own for the garage. It was so simple that he didn't even want to charge me for the job. Very nice, professional, and great overall experience. Anybody with any sort of garage-related problem should call this company. You won't be disappointed!

I do my best to support small local businesses. Brothers Scott and Sean are terrific. Since my problem occurred on a holiday weekend, I had to leave a message. Scott called me at 8:01 the day after the holiday. They were able to accommodate my schedule and waiting for me when I arrived from work. They are professional and efficient. After watching some YouTube videos, I attempted to install a garage door opener by myself. Big mistake. Called these guys and they offered to come out the same day even though it was Halloween but I asked them to wait until the following day. They said they'd be at my house around 2:00pm, showed up about 1:50pm and were gone by 2:45pm with a perfectly working garage door. He even installed the lightbulbs for me and explained how to program some of the features. Very professional, tidy, quick and reasonably priced! Would highly recommend them to everyone!

I called a different company also but decided to go with Straight up garage doors, a family owned business, because Scott was personable and truly wanted to fix my problem when I first reached out. Scott turned a potentially stressful cost into such a great experience. He really knows his stuff and did not pressure me into any service and delivered options in either repairing or replacing.
