I’ve had the same company come and replace our garage door and anything else I need done when it came to the garage door. They have always accepted a check to be mailed to them and all of a sudden they said they wouldn’t do any of the work without payment. Which I understand but my home is owned by a special needs trust fund and like everything else it’s a business. And they aren’t open due to holidays. I will be using a local company from now on for my garage needs. They have gotten to big for themselves and customers don’t come first anymore. They pick and choose who they want to work
