I called Briggs and explained I had a pipe leaking in my garage ceiling. I was assured they could come out and open the drywall to fix the leak. When the plumber showed up and looked and the ceiling he immediately said that it was a constant leak and there was no way to find out where it was coming from. He started referring me to a company that charges 450$ to come out and find leaks. I asked him if he wanted to look at the spot at all. He was completely annoyed and poked open the ceiling, got some drywall on him and said "told you can't find the leak." Then he refers me to another company who

We had major work to be done in our home & was very skeptical who we should use.When he came he checked & researched what system we had in the home to determine exactly what parts were bad & ordered them in front of us. When the parts arrived & he came to install, we were wonderfully surprised. His workmanship, was systematic, methodical & very clean. No mess whatsoever no matter how large the job. Good plumbers are hard to find in So. FLorida & my husband & I would wholeheartedly recommend Briggs for any job you may have, small or large, this company would be the one to use!!!

Will I use this company again, No. Am I satisfied with the results Yes. The reason I will not use this company again is what I consider high prices and pricing practice that I do not agree with. The company has 2 sets of prices. The term rate does not apply because you are billed for each component of the job and not a labor rate. If you pay a subscription/membership fee approx $179 you will be charged a lower price. If not you are charged a higher price. In the end the labor rate for the service provided worked out to be approx $266 per hour. Accounting for skilled labor cost and insurance this

I had some work done today, mainly installing highly efficient ball values and protracting my lines a bit further out and around my house for ease of use. I had Jeffrey as my plumber and and he was very personable, extremely quick, and when I looked at his work I was very happy. Im a fan of seamless and linear work.
