Same old , same old, fixed one problem, said they'd get back to me about my other issue but never bothered. I got a different response on the phone than I did from the person who actually showed up. Waiting on a part when there was no waiting on the part, etc.

The technician was not able to fix my issue and I was honestly a little frustrated after he left. However, the owner called me and demonstrated excellent customer service by addressing my concern and handling the situation in a very professional manner. At the end of the day, customer service is the most important quality in my opinion and this business showed a 5 star response.

They were on time they quoted me an estimate to have a new hose been put in which it turns out I didn't need the cost for the job as well below the estimate they gave me the young man who came and serviced the issue was polite he wore his mask was quick and efficient and I would use them again

Today (Sunday) we requested Dag Plumbing's emergency service. They stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. After finding an outside facet leak that was intruding into our home, we called Dag Plumbing, left a message, and in a few minutes received a return phone call offering help. Within the time promised a technician arrived and immediately went to work. With professional expediency and focus, he found and repaired the leak. He was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up a messy situation,

The technician arrived on time, the office was nice and friendly, and informative. My problems plus others were explained and fixed. All plumbers are expensive and price comparable so i chose a DAG by reviews. I made the right choice. I'm glad to have them in my rolodex:) i recommend this company. Lets hope the quality of service stays this high.

I highly recommend DAG Plumbing! I use them whenever I have a plumbing need. They come out quickly & get the job done. Their plumbers are all very nice & serious about doing a good job. We had Donnie recently. He worked very hard to fix an emergency pipe leak under our driveway. We would have had no water for the holiday weekend if we had not had him come out to our house immediately. Thanks, Donnie & DAG Plumbing.

I was referred to DAG plumbing after contacting Kohler looking for recommendations. I was having issues with my shower system and had already gotten an 'estimate for repair' from another local plumber...with what I believed was an excessive estimate. I really needed a second opinion and was so grateful to have been given the contact info for DAG! The technician came today...professional, knowledgeable and kind....and, most importantly HONEST! Recently I had a line break to my dishwasher. Fortunately I knew where the cut-off was. I called and spoke to a very pleasant lady who promised to have a plumbing tech out to my house in 2 hours. An our and a half later the guy called and said he was on his way. About an hour after that the line was fixed and he gave me the bill. Super reasonable. Whenever I need plumbing service I'm calling these guys.
