They came on Tuesday to fix a problem with the boiler they installed several years ago. Tech was here less than 10 minutes and said it was a plumbing issue and he wasn't a plumber. 2 hours later, my Grandson went to shower and there is no hot water. Which means no heat. Despite several calls to them and promises someone would come, no one has shown. That was 2 days ago. I called to get a refund and now I'm getting the run around. Some satisfaction guarantee they have.

Very nice people to work with. Mike Healey came first to take a look. He was easy to talk to and up front. The old boiler had seen better days. He gave a good price and went out of his way to meet and get things going. Installer was friendly and answered questions and just a pleasure to talk with. I would highly recommend Strogens. Five Stars!

Josh R. serviced my heating system. Josh really knows all about furnaces! He showed the utmost courtesy and respect while working. He answered all my many questions and explained anything I asked about. His work was exceptional. He even wiped the dust from the furnace! I'm a Strogen's customer for 15 years (both heating and A/C) and have been very satisfied. Technicians are professional and are willing to explain things to a novice like myself. Costs are reasonable and the service contract (for heating) is worth it. Ted Tremblay came most recently and repaired a zone valve and did a furnace tuneup. I just retired so I appreciate the quality of the work and the reasonableness of the bill.
