I had Dave and crew come in and replace our furnace, our hot water heater and our AC condenser. I cannot say enough good things about how well this was all handled from start to finish. Professional, efficient, friendly, reliable, respectful. Cleaned up after themselves nicely. Very refreshing in this day and age. HIGHLY recommend!

Just had David and his crew at Family Mechanical install air conditioning. They did a great job, professional and efficient! Now we don’t have to dread the hot & humid days and nights, especially the dog!
Every year, I say we’re going to save up money and every summer, it gets put off. Not this year! 25 months free financing helped make this decision a no-brainer.

The owner showed up to our house within an hour of when I contacted them. He diagnosed the issue, and his master electrician was there to make the repairs shortly thereafter. Friendly, reasonably priced, and fixed our problem quickly. We are very happy with the service, and will use them again in the future if needed. Highly recommend.

Family Mechanical was suggested to me by a mutual colleague when my furnace wouldn't turn on. David went out of his way to come over and help troubleshoot my problem. He is communicative, thorough, friendly and has competitive rates. He was a huge help getting me back up and running. I would definitely use his company again.

We built a large in-law apartment above a 3 stall garage attached to our existing house.. Dave did all the work including installing several mini splits, a modine heater in the garage and an on-demand water heater. He did a great job, was very professional, responsive and we couldn’t be happier. Since completing the job we have had Dave back for some other work on our original house (including an emergency call on a Sunday) and he has been fantastic.. we would highly recommend him to anyone looking!!!

I was selling a property and on a very tight timeline and contacted family mechanical to do some repair work on the heating system which was needed prior to closing. I explained the situation to Dave at family mechanical and he was able to get the job completed well within what was needed for closing and was more than reasonable on the cost of the work. Family mechanical is going to be my first call on any future projects I have.

Highly recommend Family Mechanical. I had a project that needed to get done. David came out nice and early on a Saturday. Not only did he get the job done in decent time. He was prepared with gloves masks booties and was extremely professional while performing the plumbing job. Cleaned up, turned the water back on, and everything was perfect. Would hire him again for any other work I will need done in the future.
