It was founded by Todd Williams who began as a master carpenter and became one of the Phoenix Valley's leading patio builders and "Partner" to pool and landscape contractors. We had our cover installed in June. The cover does a great job with the shade and it looks very nice. However the issues we had were communication (I rarely received a call back and had to call them) and with the recent rains it leaked in several spots. Also I can never get the windows above cleaned or repaired. One of our screens blew off in the storms and the screen company can not replace it because you can not walk on the cover, there is no way for them to reinstall the screen. I would not recommend this type of cover for a two story home. I wish this would have been pointed out during the

Horrible communication!!! I called to Schedule a quote with Vanessa, it took over 2 weeks to book, that's understandable since it's busy. The day before the Appointment I called Vanessa to confirm the Appointment for 4/21 she confirmed. It got over 40 min past the appointment time so I called in, she confirmed with me someone still coming and she'll call the sales rep right now. Steve gave me a call to tell me that they mixed up appointments and he didn't have me on the book for today. I then told him that I have my own business and I had to make special arrangements to make

This review is long over due, but I have been recommending these guys since about March 2020. Our backyard is visible from the hiking trail that runs behind our house. We've had so many people stop and complement the pergola installed by Patio Partners and ask for contact information. Including a recent landscaper who came to plant a tree in our yard. Ken was great in helping us decide on what to install, and Brandon the installer was a great guy to have hanging around the backyard for the time it took to install. We requested and received a bid for a large pergola. Clark (the rep) gave us a bid that we were fairly sure was incorrect (too low). We had to reduce the square footage of the plan (due to set back regulations) so we requested a new bid based on the smaller square footage (had to call twice to get a response). Clark acknowledged that he had made an error on the first bid (too low) and the new bid was more than the original. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, we missed the signing deadline (on the higher bid), and requested that they resend the updated bid. We have requested it 3 times and have not

WOW!!! I have to say I was unsure of having a "Patio Awning" put in the front of the house to protect the sun because my front door faces south. I worked with the salesperson Ken and he had some great ideas and assured me it will look nice with the design and colors I chose. Then the installer came and his name was Brandon , he was Amazing and very professional. The A+ quality install job he did was surpassed by his sense of my concern and the design I chose and how it would look from the street. This company has had constant delays and excuses for non delivery and endless delays of installation since the initial activation of ordering materials for completion of the Pergola at our home. It took almost 3 weeks before they submitted a request for a city permit. In the meantime they requested half of the full amount of pergola For ordering supplies. Supplies were not ordered until we were four weeks into this order, after the down payment.
After they ordered the materials they say 5 weeks before materials come in.
Then another phone call tells us it will be another week delay before materials

Patio Partners completed a patio pergola for us today, 8/18/2020. Ken did a great job during the bid/sales process and provided a very competitive bid. The material quality is top of the line.
Patio Partners helped process all of my approval paperwork with my HOA to help make this the easiest process.
Installation: John and Mark are very skilled and talented tradesmen and completed this job in less than two days. They followed the plans and paid extra attention to the details. I simply can't find a flaw in any of the work they performed... and I'm super picky.

We love our new pergola, it has added a whole new usable living space for us. Even as we head into July we find ourselves spending most of the day enjoying our backyard now that we have such awesome shade coverage. We decided to put a cover over our pool equipment to mitigate the damage from the AZ summer sun. We saw that Patio Partners were local to us so I called and was referred to Lyndon. He was available that same afternoon. He took some measurements and made some very wise suggestions based on his experience. Unlike other companies, Lyndon took a few minutes and presented the estimate that same day in person. No waiting for your estimate to arrive by email.

Fabulous experience with this company! Brandon, the installer exceeded our expectations in all aspects. His attention to detail when measuring and explaining the process were so refreshing. Since we have dogs that are used to going through a dog door he was very careful to close the gate. He was very respectful and kept a clean organized work area. We live the final product and would highly recommend them.

Wow! I'm so impressed with the company and their great staff! I had a solid patio cover installed to replace an existing wooden pergola. The salesperson that quoted me was friendly and responsive and the install crew did such a good job! They moved a bunch of material in and out of the backyard and they left it spotless. I had my pergola installed on 1-16-20 by Brandon, he did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain the process and was on time, that was very refreshing. He was thorough in his measurements and always checked to see if I was happy with my project.

Just had a 14' x 22' Aluma Lattice designed and installed by Phoenix Patio Systems and my wife and I are very please and excited with the outcome of the project.
Gary the salesman did a great job of designing and laying out the project and the installers (a father/son duo) were very courteous, professional and friendly. They cleaned up after they were done and always took time to answer any questions I had, which is important because I am the type of person that wants to understand how things work. Just wish I had more projects for them to do.

I submitted an online bid request for a patio cover 3+ weeks ago. No response. I then called 10 days ago, giving them another opportunity to sell us a patio cover (thinking perhaps my online request wasn't received). I was promised a call, but still no response.

Unfortunately the new owners who took over in 2018 do not have the same standards for customer service as the original owners who were in business for 25 years. 5-years ago I had a Pergola installed with Phoenix Patios and had a wonderful experience.
Over a month ago I had 3 new Pergolas and apparently since I worked with a contractor even though I paid for the service, 100% customer satisfaction does NOT apply.
I sent the owners, Gary & Michelle an email on 8/27/18 explaining the circumstances of my new Pergola install. I absolutely hate the location of where the Pergolas were placed and

I just had my covered patio installed and I love it. This company was recommended by my new neighbor who has the model home purchased 20 years ago and her patio was installed around that time frame, and it still looks perfect today. The installers were wonderful and completed the job in 1 day and left no trace of construction when they were done. The quote process and the project schedule went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.
